Baked by hand in our kitchen, in batches small enough that we know exactly what went into every bag. Short ingredient lists, real food, nothing you can't pronounce.
We walk the orders over ourselves, so the area is small on purpose.
Baked treats get dropped off as soon as we're out on a delivery run — you don't need to be home.
Frozen treats can't sit on a porch, so we'll message you after you order and set a time that works for both of us.
Questions about ingredients, a dog with allergies, or an order you've already placed — we read every message.
We'll reply by email.
The boring-but-important bits, in plain words. Questions about any of it: hello@bakingwithpaws.ca.
When you order we get your name, email, delivery address and what you bought — that's what we need to bake it and walk it over. If there are frozen treats in the bag we also ask for a phone number so we can text about a drop-off time. Your card details go straight to Stripe, who handle the payment; we never see them. We don't sell or share your details with anyone, and we'll delete them if you ask.
Everything is fresh food baked to order, so we can't take treats back once they've been delivered. But if something arrives wrong — squashed, melted, the wrong bag, or your dog turns their nose up at it — email us and we'll replace it or refund you, no fuss.
We deliver by hand to Lincoln Fields, Britannia and Queensway Terrace North, and nowhere else for now. Baked treats get dropped off as soon as we're out on a delivery run — you don't need to be home. Frozen treats can't sit on a porch, so we'll contact you after you order to arrange a delivery time.
Every treat lists its full ingredients on its card, and that's the whole list. Most of them contain peanut butter and several contain oats, honey or oat milk. They're baked in a home kitchen, not an allergen-free facility. If your dog has a sensitivity, ask us before you order — or check with your vet.
